Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy — you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging (where applicable). A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@silversaralondon.com. All returns must be pre-authorized. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable unless faulty, including:
• Personalized or custom-made items (e.g. engraving, special orders)
• Earrings and other items intended for body contact once opened (for hygiene reasons)
• Beauty and personal care items (once available)
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@silversaralondon.com.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
